CLASS STYLES EXPLAINED.

DYNAMIC VINYASA.

A playful practice that links breath with movement creating heat within the body and stillness in the mind through one continuous flow. Each class is different. Bricks always recommended.

YANG TO YIN.

The best of both worlds. 30 minutes of dynamic vinyasa yoga followed directly by 30 minutes of yin yoga. You will leave this practice feeling balanced and ready to face the day. Grab lots of props! There's no such thing as too many!

POWER YOGA

An energetic practice with its roots in classical asana. Lots of opportunity to get upside down if that's your thing and plenty modifications if not. Linking breath with movement; you will leave with a sense of achievement. Come with a playful mind and don't be scared to fall or fly. Grab bricks and straps :)

YIN YOGA

A stilling practice that cultivates a deep sense of awareness through the release of mind and body stresses. An antidote to urban life, Yin focuses on releasing the connective tissue of the body (tendons, ligaments and fascia). Poses are held for long periods, allowing the student to relax as they express patience and quiet.
