About the retreat.
We fell in love with this place — the character of its old stone buildings, rustic wood beams, and terracotta tiled roofs and floors. It’s a land of silence and space, of sweeping countryside views, vibrant markets filled with seasonal produce, sunflower-lined lanes in summer, empty roads, and kind, welcoming locals.
You’ll be practicing in one of two stunning, fully equipped yoga studios, both surrounded by expansive skies and peaceful countryside. One of the greatest gifts of retreat life is the luxury of time — and we’ll honour that with twice-daily yoga sessions lasting 90 minutes to 2 hours. Each practice will include meditation, pranayama, and a luxuriously long savasana. Every other day, we’ll also offer workshops, and in the evenings, soothing pre-bed sound sessions to help you wind down deeply.
During your free time, relax at your own pace. Float in one of our two swimming pools, take a stroll through the rolling hills, or explore the many stunning destinations just a short drive away. Or simply curl up in a comfy chair with a book, find your favourite shady corner, and drift into a nap. Here, we move slowly — and we invite you to do the same.
We’re thrilled to be joined by the wonderful Lucie, our private chef for the retreat. She’ll be preparing delicious, nourishing meals using organic, locally sourced produce wherever possible — always vegetarian and mostly gluten-free.
Our intention is to create a space where you can truly tend to yourself — through movement and stillness, through connection and solitude, surrounded by natural beauty, warmth, and soul food made with love. You’ll leave feeling fantastic — that much is guaranteed.

Rachel Walsh
Rachel is a senior yoga teacher that honed her craft teaching in East London’s top studios for more than half a decade.
Having relocated to the countryside in 2020; Rachel now teaches her (growing) international yoga community online or at one of her many retreats in Europe or the UK.
The name “Rachel Walsh” is synonymous with dynamic vinyasa, a style of yoga that she fell in love with as a teenager and has been practicing daily ever since.
She is an experienced yin and restorative yoga teacher as well as self proclaimed “inversion junkie”.
Tom Pardhy
Tom is a familiar face in Hackneys favourite studios and has become a firm staple at Waking Dreams and Blok for over three years now.
He’s known for his spicy take on vinyasa styles of yoga, drawing from various trainings over the years as well as a knack for creative sequencing.
He’s also a well-versed sound practitioner, yin teacher and meditation guide and has a penchant for no-nonsense philosophy and awful jokes.
Great music comes as a standard in all his classes.
